Job Role: Technical Support Engineer

As a Technical Support Engineer, you’ll be the bridge between customers and Zoho’s product teams. The role involves problem-solving, customer interaction, and helping users make the most of Zoho’s software tools.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide voice-based and online support (chat/email) to global and domestic customers
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and guide users through solutions
  • Host product demos and assist with onboarding
  • Share user feedback with product teams for improvements
  • Ensure a smooth customer experience through clear communication and timely assistance

Educational Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills with interest in technology and customer engagement.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Logical thinking and problem-solving ability
  • Willingness to work in night shifts and rotational schedules
  • Customer-first attitude and eagerness to learn
  • Prior support or SaaS experience is a plus (not mandatory)

Salary Details

  • Monthly Salary: ₹30,000 to ₹50,000
  • Annual CTC: ₹3.5 LPA to ₹6.5 LPA for freshers
  • Experienced professionals may earn up to ₹8 LPA

Shift & Schedule

Night shifts and rotational shifts required – 24/7 support operations to accommodate international time zones
