Customer Support Associate – Tamil Voice Process
You will be responsible for handling customer queries over voice calls in Tamil. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people and solving their problems. The job includes managing inbound calls for an e-commerce client and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Job Description
Inbound voice process – Domestic BPO support
As a Customer Support Associate, you’ll be part of the e-commerce voice process team. Your primary responsibility will be to answer incoming customer calls, understand their concerns, and provide clear and helpful solutions. This is a contractual role and includes a rotational shift and week-off schedule. Both freshers and experienced candidates can apply. The job requires candidates to join using their personal laptops and maintain reliable internet connectivity for smooth remote operations.

Any Graduate or Undergraduate
There is no strict requirement for a specific degree. Anyone who has completed school and has basic communication skills in Tamil and English can apply. Whether you’re a recent graduate or still pursuing your degree, you are welcome to attend the interview process.
Skills Required
Basic communication in Tamil and English
The main skill you need is the ability to speak fluently in Tamil. A basic understanding of English is also necessary, especially reading skills. Experience in customer service, BPO voice processes, or telecalling will be helpful but is not mandatory. Good listening, patience, and a customer-first attitude will make you a great fit for the role.
Salary
₹11,700 to ₹14,000 per month (Take-home)
After experience Salary range aprox upto ₹35,000 per month ( including bonus,incentive,Allowance )
Freshers can expect a take-home salary of ₹11,700 per month. Candidates with at least 6 months of experience in a similar field may receive up to ₹14,000. The salary is credited monthly and may include performance-based incentives depending on the process.

Job Type
Full Time – Contractual Role
This is a full-time, contract-based position with the possibility of extension or permanent hiring based on performance. You’ll be expected to work 6 days a week with one rotational day off.
Shift and Schedule
Rotational Shift – 8 hours per day
The work schedule includes a total of 9 hours per day, out of which 8 hours are for active work and 1 hour is for breaks. You will be working on rotational shifts, and weekly offs will also rotate. This helps maintain 24/7 support for customers across different regions and time zones.
