Job Description
As a Candidate Support Intern, you will serve as a key contact point for job applicants, ensuring they have a smooth and informed journey throughout their application process. Your responsibilities include resolving candidate queries, offering empathetic communication, verifying documents and submitted information, and contributing to better candidate support systems through resource improvement like FAQs and email templates.
Education Qualification
Open to students or recent graduates from any stream. Candidates with interest in HR, communications, or customer support are preferred.
Skills Required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, empathy, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, active listening, and proficiency in basic computer operations. Knowledge of regional languages like Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Hindi is a must.
