Development Associate
Job Description
As a Business Development Associate at NxtWave, you will play a crucial role in the sales team by guiding potential learners to enroll in career-transforming programs. You will engage with aspiring students over phone and video calls, understand their career goals, and demonstrate how NxtWave can help them achieve success in the tech industry.
This role goes beyond sales—it is about transforming lives by helping individuals take their first step toward a better future. Your communication skills, empathy, and ability to build trust will directly impact the growth of both the learner and the company.
Education Qualification
No specific degree or qualification is required. Candidates from any educational background can apply. Freshers and experienced professionals are welcome.
Skills Required
To succeed in this role, candidates must be fluent in at least one regional language such as Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, or Punjabi. Clear communication, basic English proficiency, confidence, empathy, and a passion for guiding others are essential qualities.
Experience in sales, customer service, counseling, or EdTech is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with CRM tools and Excel sheets is a bonus.

Shift and Schedule
This is a six-day workweek role. Flexibility in work hours is expected. Although the role is remote, occasional office visits may be required for training or team events.
