Job Description

Tele Associate / Data Entry: Make outbound calls, collect and enter seller feedback, and perform basic tele-calling and data entry activities.

Customer Service Executive: Assist buyers with queries, verify customer details, and ensure satisfaction via phone communication. Female candidates preferred.

B2B Sales Executive: Conduct client meetings, promote IndiaMart services, and achieve sales and retention goals.

Talent Acquisition Executive: Handle recruitment strategies, job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and recruitment analytics.

Education Qualification

Graduation or Post-Graduation in any discipline is required for most roles. MBA is preferred for the Talent Acquisition Executive position.

Skills Required

Applicants must possess strong communication skills, active listening, interpersonal abilities, and familiarity with online tools. Basic computer knowledge and efficiency in task management are essential.

Salary

Tele Associate / Data Entry: ₹20,000
Customer Service Executive: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000
B2B Sales Executive: ₹33,300 – ₹40,000
Talent Acquisition Executive: ₹32,600

Job Type

Positions are open to both full-time and part-time employment, depending on the job role and location.

Shift and Schedule

Flexible working hours are available, especially for remote roles. Minimum daily working hours for remote jobs is 3–4 hours.
