Job Role

Designer – Design Verification & Validation

As a Designer, you’ll focus on verifying and validating product designs using tools like Creo and SolidWorks.

The role requires you to work on 3D modeling, simulation, and testing to ensure the functionality and performance of engineering designs. You will be a key player in quality control and work closely with other team members to meet design specifications. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with CAD tools and has a passion for turning ideas into reliable, high-quality products.

As part of the design team, your responsibilities will include verifying new product designs and validating their efficiency and performance using specialized software. You’ll be expected to create and review 3D models, collaborate with engineers, and run simulations to detect design flaws early in the process. Documenting design results and updating reports for stakeholders will be a part of your routine. This role is crucial in ensuring our products meet industry standards and client expectations.

Education Qualification

Bachelor’s degree

To qualify for this role, you should hold a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field. A background in CAD design and engineering fundamentals will help you succeed. Advanced coursework or certifications in design tools are considered an advantage.

Skills Required

Experience with  SolidWorks is essential

We’re looking for candidates with strong knowledge of design verification and validation processes. Proficiency in 3D modeling tools like Creo and SolidWorks is crucial. You should be comfortable running simulations and understanding design specifications. Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities are also vital to this role. Certification in Creo or SolidWorks is a plus but not mandatory.

Salary

Competitive and based on experience, ₹6 LPA or approximately ₹50,000 per month.
