Customer Support Group – Entry Level Associate
You will be part of Capgemini’s first line of defense for IT service management. Your role involves assisting clients with technical issues and service requests through phone, email, and digital platforms. You’ll be ensuring smooth ticket handling, improving customer satisfaction, and supporting Capgemini’s commitment to world-class service delivery.
Job Description
Provide technical and non-technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
As part of the Customer Support Group, you will resolve customer queries related to IT incidents, service delivery, and troubleshooting issues like password resets, connectivity, and basic configurations. You’ll manage service tickets, interact courteously with clients, and help improve user experience through proactive and empathetic support. You’ll also work with tools like CHIP (Capgemini’s AI bot) and knowledge bases to enhance support quality.
Education Qualification
Any 3-year graduate or diploma holder from 2024 or 2025 batch
We welcome candidates who have completed or are completing their graduation or diploma in any stream. No specific degree is required, but you must not have any active backlogs at the time of assessment or joining.
Skills Required
Good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a willingness to work in rotational shifts
We’re looking for candidates with strong English communication, both written and verbal. You should have basic computer skills, a polite and helpful attitude, and the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Interpersonal skills and flexibility to work in 24/7 rotational shifts are essential. Being open to relocation and adapting to various client needs is also expected.
Salary
INR 3.25 Lakhs per annum ( Rs.27,000 per month )
The compensation package includes a base salary of INR 3.00 Lakhs per annum, with an additional one-time joining incentive of INR 25,000. The overall CTC amounts to INR 3.25 Lakhs, offering a competitive start for fresh graduates in the tech support industry.
