Chat Support Associate (Process Assistant) in the Seller Support division. You’ll assist Amazon’s selling partners through chat, handling queries related to accounts, orders, and policies.

Your daily responsibilities will include managing chat communications with sellers, resolving queries using logical reasoning, maintaining professionalism, ensuring data confidentiality, staying updated with new tools and policies, and working collaboratively with the team.

Skills Required
Local languages, eg ( Tamil, kanada, malayalam etc) Excellent English communication (written and verbal), typing speed of 30 WPM, familiarity with Windows OS and MS Office, dedicated workspace, reliable computer and internet connection, and readiness to work in rotational shifts.
Salary
₹28,500 to ₹32,400 per month with performance-based incentives and internet allowances.
