Customer Support – Voice Process

As a Customer Support Associate, you’ll be the first point of contact for Amazon customers, helping them with queries, concerns, and resolving their issues. Your role will primarily involve voice-based support, so strong spoken English skills are crucial. Whether you’re a fresher or have prior experience, you’ll be trained to provide top-notch assistance.

Support customers through voice calls and ensure high satisfaction.

This role involves handling inbound calls from customers and providing effective solutions to their problems. You’ll be trained to use various Amazon tools and platforms to track orders, update account information, and answer any queries related to purchases or returns. Your focus will be on delivering a smooth and friendly customer experience every time. You must also be open to flexible shifts, including night shifts.

Education Qualification

Minimum 10+2 or Any Graduate

To apply for this role, you need to have completed at least 10+2 (higher secondary school). Graduates and postgraduates are also welcome. This makes the job a great fit for freshers or students looking to gain industry experience. Having previous BPO experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Skills Required

Good English communication, basic computer knowledge, and customer-handling skills.

The ideal candidate will have excellent spoken English, a friendly attitude, and basic familiarity with computers and internet usage. You should be able to listen actively and handle customer concerns with empathy and patience. If you’ve worked in a BPO or customer service role before, that’s an added advantage. Comfort with night shifts and rotational week-offs is necessary.

Salary

₹2.5 to ₹4.25 LPA (Lakhs Per Annum)

₹20,000 to ₹35,500 Salary per month approx .

The salary package ranges from ₹2,82,000 to ₹4,33,000 annually, based on experience and performance. In addition to the base pay, Amazon offers several allowances and incentives, making the total compensation quite attractive. The pay structure includes fixed and variable components, which are explained during onboarding.

This is a full-time job role, and the initial offer may be on a temporary or contractual basis depending on business requirements. However, Amazon often provides long-term opportunities for top performers, with the possibility of internal growth and future role transitions.

Shift and Schedule

5-day working week, rotational offs

You’ll be working 5 days a week with 2 consecutive days off. These offs can vary as per business needs. The job requires availability during night shifts, and allowances are provided for working late hours. Flexibility in scheduling is important to ensure smooth support across different time zones.
