Job Location
Remote Work from home (office in Coimbatore)
This is a fully remote position, giving you the flexibility to work from anywhere. However, our central office is located in Coimbatore for administrative and support needs. You’ll join a distributed team where productivity and communication matter more than your physical location.

Business Development Associate (BDA)
As a Business Development Associate, your main goal will be to drive sales and build strong relationships with potential clients. You’ll work as part of our sales team, focusing on outbound calls and lead generation. This role is perfect for someone enthusiastic about helping others and growing in the education sector.

Your job will involve reaching out to potential customers via calls or messages, understanding their needs, and offering the best educational services from Gozler Ed Tech. You will receive 45 days of intensive training with a monthly stipend of ₹18,000 to help you learn the ropes. After the training, you’ll start working full-time, supporting sales goals and building client trust. You’ll have access to professional growth opportunities and ongoing mentorship throughout your journey with us.
Education Qualification
Any Undergraduate Degree
We welcome applicants from all academic backgrounds, as long as you have completed an undergraduate degree. Whether you studied commerce, arts, science, or engineering, what matters most is your drive to learn and succeed in a sales-oriented role.
Skills Required
Communication, Sales, and Client Engagement
Strong verbal communication and people skills are key to succeeding in this role. You should be confident speaking with customers and explaining our services in a clear and helpful way. Experience or interest in telesales, cold calling, or educational sales is a big plus. The ability to listen, understand client needs, and follow up consistently will set you apart.
Salary
₹3–6 LPA (Lakhs Per Annum)
Aprox ₹25,000 to ₹50,000 per month
After successfully completing the training period, your compensation will range from ₹3 to ₹6 lakhs per annum, depending on your performance and experience. The training 45-days stipend is ₹18,000 per month. We also offer attractive incentives and performance-based bonuses as you grow in your role.

This is a full-time and permanent position designed for individuals seeking long-term career growth. You’ll be an integral part of our core sales team and have access to all employee benefits and resources provided by Gozler Ed Tech.
Shift and Schedule
Day Shift, 6 Days a Week
The role follows a standard 6-day workweek with one day off. Your schedule will primarily be during regular business hours (day shift). We believe in balancing productivity with well-being, so our team ensures that you are supported without overwhelming demands.
