Job Role

Tele Associate – Seller Content Enrichment

As a Tele Associate, your primary role is to assist sellers listed on IndiaMART by verifying and enriching their product and business information over phone calls. You’ll help sellers update their profiles, making their listings more attractive and useful to potential buyers. This role is focused on service and education, not sales.

This freelance program is designed exclusively for females who want to work flexibly from home. You will be contacting business sellers via phone to collect, verify, and update their product and service information on IndiaMART’s platform. This is not a sales job—it’s about helping sellers improve their profiles. The role includes listening actively, guiding sellers on how to present their businesses, and making sure their content is accurate and complete. All communication for this job, including screening and onboarding, happens via WhatsApp and IVR (automated calls).

Education Qualification

Any Graduation or Post-Graduation
