Job Description
Testing, and identifying bugs
As a Quality Service Associate, your primary responsibility is to execute test case instructions and meticulously report discrepancies. You will be working closely with software development and QA teams to ensure that every build and release meets Amazon’s stringent quality requirements. Day-to-day tasks include executing test cases, performing regression testing, and identifying bugs. You will use proprietary software tools for data capture and result tracking. The role also requires you to communicate test findings clearly and escalate issues promptly. Adhering to service level agreements (SLAs) for clarification and issue resolution is critical. You must also adapt quickly to new testing procedures and updates as they are rolled out.
Education Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
A Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline is the minimum qualification required for this role. While a background in computer science, engineering, or information technology is an advantage, graduates from other streams with an interest in quality assurance and testing are also encouraged to apply.
